Calls made to my cell phone for no reason

I don't have any overdue debt. I keep getting calls from Resource Treatment on my mobile phone - which costs me cash. After I contact them back, they claim they'll consider my label off the listing. However, they never do. It's annoying and borderline harrasment.

Want to accomplish anything about this because they are losing my money and time.
