We have had some financial problems the last few months as a result our mortgage payments couldn't be paid, on several occasians, almost everyday we have called to try to work something out, but all we get is voice mail.
It is very difficult to work something out if you can't speak to someone. We have called several numbers & get the same response, nothing or another number to call.
As a result we got a strict foreclosure notice, again it tells us to contact a person & number within 48 hrs of the notice, which was delivered on fri 10/10/03, to try to work something out. We have tried to call, but again get their voice mail.
We have been through at least 3 different people, but no one responds to our messages to call us back
I think this is so wrong, in result our credit will be ruined, we have been living out of boxes the last couple months because we don't know what to do, not to mention the time away from our jobs to try to contact someone.
We have had a real estate agent trying to sell the house for us, they even called ocwen up to try to make them a deal, but they refused.
This has been going on for months now & we really can't afford a lawyer, or we would only because we don't feel they should get away with this. We have been trying so hard to work this out & nobody will even give us the courtesy of calling us back.
