I have done over $2,000 in work for them and never was paid. There was an email chain of appraisers across the US that shared similar stories, so obviously SCOTT OLSON and VALUATION LOGISTICS have been running this scam for a while. This guy stooped to all time low levels of saying that his daughter died, which she did not, he doesnt even have one. I spent many hours on the phone with him and exchanged numerous emails on getting jobs done. I went out and did the work and he never paid me. It has been over a year now.
