Had the same experinces as all of you but here is some information

I had the same experince as all of you. This is the Worst of the Worst companies. Emc web site does not allow contact by email and if you contact by phone good luck. But there is a way to get our feelings heard this company is owned by Bear Stearns Companies Inc.

I am currently sending mutiple emails to them with my thoughts of what they can do with there company and I urge you to do the same.

When writing your email I would fill in the subject field with something other than what the email really pretains to as they will then read them. I will be curently sending over 100 emails to this address per day.
