I signed up with mycreditcardcash.com and cancelled within the 14 day trial period by calling their 800 number. I later found they had billed my credit card $39.95 any way. Then I called their 800 number twice over last weekend to make sure I was cancelled and they were refunding my money. I understand the 800 number is an answering service and not their actual phone number. Monday and Tuesday passed without receiving any email from the company in regard to my phone calls, so I called them again. I emailed them twice requesting cancellation and refund.By the following weekend I still haven't heard anything from them and my money hasn't been refunded. Why doesn't the government shut these kind of companies down? I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one and will have to file a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back, which might take months if I get it back at all. Fortunately it didn't give me an overdraft because I usually don't have much money in my account. I feel I've been robbed by these guys. Stay away because they probably aren't going to pay you anything any way.
