I signed up for a $1.97 14 day trial, cancelled within 14 days, and have been charged $37.95 every month since. I have repeatedly called thier call center (1-800-611-3347) asking to cancel my account, to no avail. They are in my opinion, A HUGE RIPOFF. I can not attest to the performance of the program, payoffs, etc. But I joined for the free trial, tried to cancel, 7 times since, and nothing has happened except being charged, each and every month. Beware!!!
