These whom I never heard about until a couple of days previously had the nerve to prosecute me in municipal court. They never actually delivered me a notice to surface in court. Just how can somebody prosecute and never provide you with the opportunity to protect oneself. I just discovered all of this after I examined my credit report. What may I do understand to change this-they needed to split some regulation? I y not which means anybody may choose a title from the phone-book and simply prosecute that individual.in my opinion the things they did was unconstitutional, dishonest and completely scandalous.
