Weltman Weinberg and Reis harassed me for a debt for uncountable months. They were told I was on Social Security Disability and that it is illegal to garnish money from from my account. Somehow (illegally I believe) they got a court order and took what little money I had. I am in the process of trying to recover it and the penalties I incurred because of them. I notice on these reports people are not getting their money back.
I am going to sue not only for the money, but the mental anguish. I hope to win because I am on mental disability. Can anyone out there tell me if they have received their money back or successfully sued them?
