I had been a washington mutual client. Had a per cent rate of interest on my bill. Billed business issues, usually compensated promptly, usually compensated more then your necessary quantity. They changed to chase lender - rate of interest went as much as 10%, ok, issues will vary today, handled it, they lifted my rate of interest to 19%, could not pay-off the total amount and shut my consideration since i did not have the cash. Today they lifted my price to 24%. I still have never been late - never. I've always compensated more then your quantity requred - usually. I named and questioned why plus they stated they shipped me a declaration (i never got) declaring I really could "opt-out" andclose my consideration and maintain my 19% rate of interest. I never got a notice and that I truly did not wish to maintain my 19% rate of interest. Therefore, today I'm paying 24% on the $10,000.00 stability as well as their response to me was that people have been in difficult financial situations which I ought to have approved my prior conditions (that i never got). I hate chase lender.
