Digital River has billed my credit charge card for $321.26 to get a deal published March 23 that I never created. I'd to stop my charge card, and that I need to complete paper-work for Credit. And that I am without my card to get a week or even more. That is an outrage. Thousands of the web sites show up when "electronic water scam" is googled.
