In 2002 we bought our double wide from Oakwood. They were supposed to set us up with an escrow account and did not.
They have already sold our loan to another mortgage co. So I found another mortgage company that would finance us and set us up on escrow.
After looking at our paper work from ripoff Oakwood we were informed that they took us for $13,000 that was their pay.

They were only supposed to charge us like 1% for their part they charged us 11%. Something that we would not have known and they took advantage of us.
So our loan is $13,000 more than it should be. I want my money back and want to know who I can file with to get it back. That is illegal. It is a shame that they ripoff people. I am really angry!!!
