$1000.00 stolen and charged to GTL

Hi. Our name is CIB and that I recently read grievances PANELis several grievances concerning GTL. I myself had around a $1000.00 taken by an correctional officer, used to cover prepaid calls. I have tried for that 2 yrs to get hold of GTL, they've extended to preserve me about the telephone, on-hold all night at the same time and certainly will not return my calls.
