I requested a lift package out of this organization about three years ago. Not just have I not obtained the package, my efforts to get a reimbursement have eliminated in vain. After numerous telephone calls, mainly resting on-hold, employing a lawyer, grievances submitted using the BBB of Florida, along with a criticism towards the Attorney Generals office of Florida, I still don't have my $1638.82. This person, Rick Nautlet, is nothing lacking a crook along with a liar. He operates his company on Consumer Fraud. I encouage those who have had an identical encounter, to carry on to record grievances. He must make restitution to all he's taken from, then visit prison.
