Attempts with maiciaous deceit to collect monies on paid-in-full account

I received a letter from First National Collection Bureau, Inc. Attempting to collect monies on an account that had been paid in full some 6 years prior. I was given 30 days to dispute the validity of the debt; if not, the debt would be considered valid. Every attempt made to contact the company via the number listed on their notification sent was unsuccessful as a result of a continual busy signal.
