Took my money and told me they would fix my credit or my money back. Now wont return my phone calls

I was signed up with heskin to help me fix my credit and gave them $750 to do so. They guaranteed me a credit score of 680 or money back. The best they were able to do was was 615. Since then they have done nothing further and well not return my phone calls.
