My husband died in he'd a vehicle mortgage in his name only with 5/3 lender, i went into bank a few week after his death having a death certificate at hand, told them he'd died and his mortgage was in his name only but that i needed to keep vehicle, what i have to do, i had been told from the bank manager that so long as it was paid and promptly nothing must be completed, i quit and made payments promptly. Last year once the vehicle was almost taken care of, i've the repo man visiting my home, following out my location, i contact the financial institution, they say the payment was late that month and that is why the repo was sent. The truck isn't in my own treatment, my husband's son has this vehicle and they continue to harress me.
