Did not receive, but CC charged $55.39

Our charge card/bank card was billed $55.39 but I never received the merchandise. I named the organization and also have a termination #310020 and spoke to Ressi. I'd like my money-back since I have didn't get the item I requested - the AcaiBerry tablets. Easily don't get a solution by 3/11 I'll consider my criticism to my lender.
