I signed on as a client of Empowerment USA group, LLC in October. Mr. McGriff and I had a good coversation and I thought he would help me with my tax problem. We set up a payment plan and got started. Well the only time I was told anything would get done was when I called him. He never called me! This went on for three months with the only thing being done was me sending him checks for a total of $500.00. This company offers a money back guarantee. The only reason I signed on with Charles McGriff was because of the money back promise because I had lost $1800.00 working with Strategic Tax Resolutions When they went out of business. Let me quote Mr. McGriff's business letter "We Guarantee Resolution, Or Your Money Back". Well one and a half months ago I tried calling his business phone and it was disconnected. That was it! I called a lawyer to help me with my tax problem and she was appalled at the way Mr. McGriff handled my case! A little over 3 weeks ago I called Charles McGriff. To let him know I wanted my money and sensitive material back from him. Well here we are I have recieved nothing from Mr. McGriff. So I am looking for help to get my money back plus any lawyer fees if neccesary to help resolve this prolem. Also Mr. McGriff told me he was moving to Florida but planned to keep running this scam. So please let people know that Charles McGriff and Empowerment Usa Group, LLC take your money and do nothing for you!!!
