Our charge card was incurred by having an insurance premium from the orange. I never requested it-not did I sign something. It had been an entire ripoff. After I named the organization I had been annoyed and informed the client support representative to simply be truthful and acknowledge the things they did. He got impolite with me and explained to tell the truth about purchasing it, that we never did. Among the sales agents obviously simply closed me-up without agreement. Then your repetition terminated the plan and hung-up on me. He did not credit my bill and so I needed to call-back to obtain my account acknowledged. I've shred my charge card and certainly will most likely not store at JCP again as a result of this. Total ripoff!
