I also saved the program when having an issue with my computer and today I've been billed $133.49 but still having difficulties with my pc. Can't work through the pop up concept. Named 800-486-6721 and 800-410-9262 from others commenting about the fraud and also have gotten no-where. Need to visit my lender and challenge costs. Does other people have any recommendations???
