Wednesday, (3/24) I went into your Department at Gilbert and Guadalupe to pay for facility costs and determine why I had beennot getting bank notices. I was currently really ashamed concerning the scenario, and also the teller made me feel just like I had beennot valued whatsoever. After I questioned concerning the notices, she instantly thought I had been looking to get out-of costs, and proceeded to inform me-any mistakes were mine and my fees weren't her issue. It had been exceedingly rude and unprofessional. At this time I questioned if there is a telephone number or individual I really could keep in touch with higher-up, and he or she declined, stating there is none. I have often had excellent support with Lender of America, but I was so upset by this encounter, I questioned her to shut my bill. I doubt I'm going to be back. Which was the toughest customer support I Have ever endured in my own life.
