I was turned down for credit in the past 60 days and a letter from that company directed me to this website. I saw FREE and immediately clicked order now. After entering personal information about me, I went to the second page and I was asked for credit card information?
Before entering I read the paragraph below... Credit Card will not be charged during the free trial. If you decide to keep this service do nothing and your credit card will be charged the low annual member fee of $79.95 billable annually at the prevailing rate. I gave my credit card number and submitted secure order.
Two weeks later, I sent an email to cancel. As I have experienced with email service, I get confirmation it is sent or received. I did not get such confirmation. I went back to their site and selected the Contact us link. I got the phone number, I called, I cancelled and was never billed. What is the problem with all of you who are complaning!?! Quit being a victim and read what you agree to!!!
