After successfully completing a lease with these paragons of virtue with all documentation proving same I am now receiving property tax invoices for 2009. The first one came in Jan. 2010 exactly one year after the lease was satisfied.in the last payment due Feb. 2009 was a pro -rata sum for one month property tax. I have sent all docs to them via fax and no results including many unanswered phone calls. So now I read other's horror stories on these snake oil boys & girls and cannot wait for a real correspondence from them demanding payment. I believe they will be paying me for defamation of credit rating and other damages to me and my company. Typical corporate manure that upsets people and wastes many work hours. Don't they hang people like this in China and Saudi Arabia?
