Said that i won a grant of $40000.00

They delivered me a phony look for $3900.00 and stated I had been to pay for my grant costs out this after which they'd deliver me $34000.00 for that remainder of my offer. For debt releif. Well i got the check towards the lender, and had them take a look. The check was a phony and thus was the consideration number. I called back and martin rock the repetition.
