Lowlife ripoff Took $296.00 from me I was told I could cancell and that my money would be credited to my acct within 3 business days. Liars and Cheats!

I was first contacted by a person by the name of Amanda Taylor, at my place of employment, to offer me a credit card with a credit limit up to 25,000.00 dollars. It was explained to me that I would pay a one time fee of $296.00, which would be debited from my account on 7/25/03 and I would receive my card within 2 weeks. Amanda told me if I had any questions to call her at 1-800-513-8180 Ext. No. 8724.

Amanda told me that should I need the money i could take the $296.00 off my card and put it back into my account.

At the begining I thought this sound great, since my house had burned and I was now back in my newly reconstructed house I could use this to purchase items lost in the fire, just until I received my content check from the insurance company. And to help pay for some legal counsel.

The more I thought about this; the more it seemed to be to good to be true. I then called to speak with Amanda but, she was not there at the time I called and was told she would be in at 5:00 pm PST. I called again at the time she was suppose to be there but, I got Ricky Wilson, a man with a very heavy Indian accent (ha ha) I ask him when I would receive my credit card; he then told me I would receive a packet in the mail with forms to fill out and after "they" received them I would get my credit card within 2 weeks of them receiving my forms. I told him that it never told to me about any packet or forms and that I wanted to cancel because, I could not go without the $296.00 for that long. He said that it would be no problem with canceling and my money would be back in my account within 3 business days.

I waited the 3 business days and called again only to speak with a man named Steve Johnson, same heavy accent, I explained to him what I told "Ricky Wilson". He, Steve, told me that I could not cancel! He kept asking what I wanted. I told him I wanted my damn money! The whole time he kept calling me honey and sweetheart, which only made me more angry! He then proceeded to tell me that I must be mentally unbalanced! I have full mental faculties and I will just say that I went off on him, I won't repeat the things I said, but he hung up on me!

I will say that one phone number that he gave me was a number for a sex hotline!!! I'm sorry I have misplaced that number.

This has made feel so stupid and has caused so much anxiety, anger, furstration and worry! I want these people punished for what they have put me and so many others through! They are the lowest life form that could possibly exist and they need to be stopped now! I want my money! I have received nothing from these scumbags!!! They need to hung by the balls, if they have any!!!
