This "company" withdrew $99 from my checking account. I called them immediatly, they assured me i would get my money back if i was not satisfied with the amount of credit i would receive. I was made to believe it was a credit card i was applying for not a booklet of "how to get credit"
As soon as i got this booklet i called and complained. It said that you had to apply for 4 credit cards and be denied to get your $ back. I worked for a collections agency, i know that being denied credit lowers your credit score.
The lady i talked to said i could write them a letter. Explaining i felt misled. I did, still didn't receive my $ and more $ was coming out of my account each month! When i called back again i talked to Alexandria. She said the laky i talked to was wrong and had been fired, i didn't even know her name! She said she took her place and that she would have her manager, Ryan, call me. I am still trying to get my $ back. The phone is always busy. And when it's not, "Ryan" is conveniantly not there. Also the lady said they are moving!!! And when i accused them of being a scam, she would only deny it.
