Ripoff! They took $99.00 from our checking account without permission. I don't know how they got my account number

Nations One Credit Services automatically took $99.00 out of my checking account without permission. I have no idea how they even received my account number for I never file for credit cards due to my credit. I am amazed at this for this cost me a bundle of money in charges from my bank and for other checks that did not clear my account due to the money being gone.
