Following a month of experiencing their closed-shop and bad support, I requested to get a return. They stated they'll create an exclusion and provide me a reimbursement using a credit voucher due to their goods.
How absurd does this audio? They all messed up and be prepared to recover the issue by requesting me to by their silly items with my cash that they owe me?
