Absolute nonsense, i called him ones i received this "impressive flier" and he was at my door 3hrs later, with a realtors lock box, had me sign some paperwork and asked for some documents from me, but all i had were originals, he insisted that he would take them, make copies and mail back. I had no reason to doubt him after all this guy was going to save my home, so why not trust him? This was the last i saw him, he never returned any of my calls or even mail back my original documents. He never even tried to contact my lender and with this delay my home was sold at auction. I was surprised 1hour after the auction he had the audacity to text stating that he was still negotiating with the lender. He has to be very ignorant and taking advantage of people who are losing their homes because he will still cash in as long as he has the lock box at your door. My efforts to retrieve my documents to this date have been unsuccessful and you wonder what good were they to him? He gave this impression that they have many offices around southern CA... Not true... in my own words this is just a money hungry realtor who is just full of himself.
