John Ruzzo threatened me and my family. Told me if I did not take care of this asap he would keep on contacting me. Told me I was a liar and that I had neglected my Grandmother that I have been taking care of for the past six years.
I have power of attorney for my Grandmother and I have cared for her the best that I could. He was rude and very unprofessional
