Sadly, Wells Fargo customer support is horrible. We've a mortgage through the corporation which is definitely asburd how they operate their daily operations. We've been attempting to refi for weeks, and again and again Wells Fargo pops up with another method to create us spend our effort and time! The client support representatives or "professionals" because they are named aren't useful whatsoever. Everytime you contact you receive somebody unique. Any time you get somebody different-they subsequently move one to your "mind/guide" expert who's rarely available. At that time after this you watch for times, not hours, to get a reaction - that will be often really cold and rarely a live telephone call. Within our situation, I suppose it had been the best thing they just replied by mail... We have held an archive of the continuing inconsistencies and bad performance. We've also had one expert be really unprofessional and contact us a "dog" name, in the place of talking about us by first or last name. Again, as numerous others have reported we're really disappointed, fustrated, etc. Using their support.
