Beware of Rex Ward Barnett and Luminstar Capital Fund. We were introduced to Mr. Barnett in 2009 as our group was looking for investors for project funding. Mr. Barnett said he would fund our projects and showed us many assets that he had. He said he required us to have some "skin in the game" so our group put up the $750,000 required and signed a contract with him in (March) to fund in 30 days.
It has now been over three years and our groups money is gone! We are posting this hoping that no one else has to go through what we have had to, and to keep Mr Barnett from doing this to anyone else in the future.
