Chase - Credit Card
Refusal to negotiate 19.99% APR despite on-time payments

Chase Credit Card Company says they are not negotiating any APR's. They will continue to rip-off the consumer with their 19.99 APR even if you pay your bill on time, every time, and pay more than your payment. Why are the Credit Companies allowed to do this to consumers?
