Chase has a scam of not mailing you your monthly bill so they can collect late fees from you. I had this problem, so switched to bill by email. Then wouldn't you know it, no emails arrive to remind me to pay the bill. So they get you both ways. This is also happening to my wife and other people I know who has a chase credit card. I closed my account today and now that my wamu account was taken over by chase I will be closing it as well. Be aware of these scams, they make a lot of money off of it!!
