I am on disabilty ssi and they froze my account which was my rent money now i am on the verge of eviction

I am on disabilty on a fix income they froze my account which was my rent money so now i am going to be homeless and the court order says that my disabilty money is exempt but they did not care froze it anyway which i inform them that i am and send a paper from social security to them.
