David Post and Steve Varley (Tampa, Fl) in conjunction with Avi Lebor, Pres. And Wayne Schaffner Exec. VP (MKD Capital Corp, NY and Little River Sc) are all con artists. David and Steve are "brokers" in florida, working with MKD to fund a multi milllion dollar project. David said that there is an "engagement" fee (upfront fee). Monies wired to him ($60,000) and they have kept the funds. Steve Varley visits the sites. David Post does the rest, issues a preapproval, etc.
The lender is suppose to be MKD Capital (A. Lebor and W Schaffner), disappeared, so did their web site and their office in NY doesnt exist. There is no one at the SC office either.
D. Post and S. Varley continue to operate in Florida. I have attempted to get all state agencies in Fl. And NH involved and nothing happens. The AG, Banking, Licensing, Sheriff, etc.
And the only thing is that they keep telling me is that the other state agencies are responsible, getting shuffeled from NH to Fl with no results.
