Out of three hundred dollars

I have New Credit financial cards and I was told that I can use it at anytime. I was trying to use it now. I just found out that it was fraud and they took three hundred dollars I got the card in 2005.

I don't what to do with the card I can not use it and now I am out of three hundred dollars. Please let me know what I can do to get my money back.
