It's now been 3 months since I have sent and delivered by registered email, evidence of the mortgage cost that I produced in March and they state that used to donot. Since I have hadn't obtained any type of verification they obtained the check (entrance and back), I telephoned client no-support, obtaining moved five times from department to division. I eventually achieved Irene, who searched up my bill. She stated that they did get the check, but didn't get the cost. What type of feeling does which make? What've they completed with my cost they clearly obtained and just why is not anybody assisting me. I've never noticed such bad customer support in my own life.
