First off i want to say to the people who have been victims of these people, i am so sorry and my family is going through the same thing. This company contacted my husband and i out of the blue. We were trying to get a loan to get us through this tough time due to a horrible accident my husband had. He has been in and out of work due to his back injuries and we have been struggling pretty bad. We had our first child in Jan and were so excited for his first Christmas and first birthday. Chris Anderson was the person who contacted me. He first said that we were approved for a $12,000.00 loan and that we needed to send in $1673.00 for the first 14 months of payments for a collateral. Of course we did it through Western Union and were promised the money the very next day by 9AM. They were going to deposit it into our account. Well the money did not show.
We then called and asked what was going on and he told me that we needed to send another $1500.00 because our credit was not very good. So stupidly we did that. I went to Western Union and sent them the $1500.00. We were again supposed to receive these funds the next day by 9AM. The money again did not show.
Next i called and spoke to Michael Fischer. He said that "Lenders" in Canada defaulted on our signed contract and that they were going to pursue legal charges against them for us and we were looking at a "very large settlement" in our favor. He then went on to say that he had a friend of Mccaul and Norton approve a $24,000.00 loan for us but we needed to send another $1500.00 because they needed double the amount because the loan was doubled. He also said that he would pay the extra $1500.00 out of his own pocket because he has caused us so much trouble. Again we did the same $1500.00 through Western Union. We were promised "110%" that the money would be there by 9 am the next morning. Again did not show.
The next day i spoke to Chris Anderson and he proceeded to tell me that he feels "responsible" and that he had put his 2 weeks in with the HR department. He said that as soon as he quit he would call me and give me his information at home and would pay us the $4800.00 that we are out. He complained of his uncle dying, that he left him $30,000.00 and he would send us that money through Western Union when he quit. That was basically all BS!
I then called on Friday the 18th and said we needed a full refund right away, Michael proceeded to tell me that it would not be till the next billing cycle which is on Jan 2nd. He guaranteed me that the refund was on the way and if i had any questions i can always call him at the "office".
I told myself that i was going to call everyday till he got so sick of us that he just sent it. Well little did i know that when i called today on the 19th, their phones would be disconnected and their website is gone also.
This was the hardest lesson that my husband and i have learned so far. It has been so difficult to know that i fell for these people and they took all this away from my son at this time.
Anyways please if there is a an attorney out there that wants to take on this case for all the people that have been scammed, please let us know. This is not the time of year that we all deserve to have this kind of stress. Good luck to everybody in getting your money back...
