Not only did their sales rep LIE to me about what I could do with an equity line, but now I've learned that the only thing I can do online is LOOK at my account. Can't pay it, can't pay from it. Total waste of my credit. It's been this way for nearly a year and all the internet people can tell you is 'sorry, ' that's the way our system is. Avoid US Bank. Go someplace where their system and service is up to speed and in line with 2009 technology!
