We have a Capital One auto loan that we have had for a little over 28 months, should have made 28 months in payments, however they are saying we were late every single month and $16.66 per month for a late fee x28 months plus the payment for 29 months equals about $9780 however we have paid them over $10,000 yet they keep saying we owe them additional money and NO ONE can give me an answer of why what we owe is not on the transaction history... So I have called 9x talked with 4 managers and yet NO ONE can get me the answer... How can I not get a straight answer?
