Cross Country Bank gave a $300 limit, with the promise (after joining the Advantage Club) of a $100 credit increase after you first 2 payments were received on time. My payments were on time, but the way their billing system is set up, they denied my increase saying I was over the limit. Then they charged a over limit fee. I tried to get this straightened out, but got the run around. I lost my job and notified them, but no one notes the account. They call 5,10, 15 times a day. I have sent out 2 "cease and desist" letters. One rep told me so what, they will continue to call. I told them this was illegal and they don't care. They continue to harasse and threaten. I told them to close the account. Now my balance is sky high!!
