I went to the BBB to find the information out about this place. I found out about this problem when I went to the bank and I was overdrawn when I shouldn't have been. I went on line when I got home and found that they had charged me $24.99 for something I never ordered. I called the phone number supplied by my on line banking info and got a recording telling me that I ordered it through an advertisement @ 9 days ago. First of all, why did it take them 9 days to charge me? Second, I tried to go to the website the recording told me to go to, only to find it does not exist.
What they sell - or what did I buy? I do not have an answer for that one! The recording says to push 2 if you want to hear about your benefits. I pushed 2 and was told to call back during business hours.
I noticed that someone else on this website here, said they were in CT. The BBB shows them to be in NJ. I take it they move around? The BBB has no address for this place.
I was curious if anyone else had the problem of a "you have a virus, now buy our program to get rid of it" popup that would not go away no matter what you did, right before this happened to you? I had this problem @ the same time they claim I signed up for the unknown. I had to reformat my harddrive to get rid of this problem. Maybe the 2 incidents are connected?
I would like to see these people stopped - like thrown in jail for what they do!
