In short, I had the same experience as everyone else. After a month and a half of biting my nails and wearing my fingers to a nib calling these bastards, I followed the advice to fill out an ACH report. I called my bank at 3:40 today, they faxed my form shortly after. It took less than 5 minutes to fill out, fax back, and call to make sure it was received. The representative said I should have the money in my account at opening tomorrow. That was sooo easy.
I suggest everyone do this. This is very effective if you belong to a Credit Union. They're very efficient.
