Unauthorized deit from account

I've experienced two unauthorized debits from my bill. I already submitted the criticism on my identification assistance. That one is for that same quantity $33.98, but from professional customer support. I don't understand who the corporation is and that I would really like this looked after the moment possible. The check # 1037677. It was removed from my bill on 10/24. I've also submitted a state with People bank that will be my lender.
