Our bill was recently overdrawn due to two unauthorized debits. I never approved funds to become debited from my bill. On 4/21/07 two costs of $49.95 each & two inadequate costs within the quantity of $35.00 each were debited from my bank account. The sum total of the costs are $169.90. I finished an affidavit for unauthorized draft (s) with my lender, Wachovia, hoping this WOn't need to be prepared & resources totaling $169.90 may possibly be attributed back again to my bill or perhaps a check refunding this quantity is likely to be delivered to me. I really hope this is responded in a regular way to ensure that my consideration won't get anymore facility charges.
