We use vision payments as our merchant solutions
provider for our business. We noticed that for a few days our bank account was not being credited the batches of payments they owe to us. They owe us close to $9,500 in payments that they are refusing to release and are stating its in our contract for them to do risk assessment this way but there is nothing in there.
