Have had several instances where online deposits that we do, the bank can not "see" them on their system and yet I can on mine. This can be 13 hrs after the transaction has taken place... Has happened on more then one occassion and they have returned checks because they don't show the deposit.
Have also had several occassions where the wrong amounts have been taken out of our accounts. We bank at other banks and have never had any problems, this has happened numerous times at Centrue.
For professionals dealing with other people's money, they seem to make alot of mistakes and are not always friendly when trying to help solve the problem.
