I noticed all bill payments had cleared my account except FCNB. I called, number disconnected received a current number (516) 576-8706 automated. Finally, spoke with someone I was told the last payment received on my account was the 3rd of June no other payments. I asked about my current payment I was told it was not received.
I mailed my payment over 3weeks ago to post by 7/11/03. I was told by customer service that if I'm charged a late fee I need to write a letter to dispute the charge regardless of the fact they have a new mailing address. I'm so PO'ed I could scream. I can't believe this,
