Fcnb/spiegel ripoff WE ARE IN TROUBLE

I finally got a LIVE person by calling the 516-576-8706
number and pushing 5 to act like I wanted to make a payment.

I am so confused on whether or not to try to pay. I wish somebody would help us or guide us in the right direction. None of us want our credit hurt by this but who wants to get scammed!

Anyway the girl who answered the phone was clueless. Listen to this, I asked her how much my next payment would be and she said"somewhere around 200.00 or 230.00"

I went off.

It should be 85.00 according to the "real fcnb people" whoever they are. So I asked her where she got this number and she said by using a CALCUATOR she tried to figure it out on her own.

We are in trouble
